  Purchased a diamond ring from these guys and after about 12 -18 months a diamond fell out. I went back to the store (About 3 months ago now) and was informed by the sales woman that there was no warranty on the ring which i thought was a bit strange. However when i started to politely ask why there was no warranty i was also told that rings were not meant to be worn on a daily basis and that what did i expect. Having now been to another jeweller to ask about repairs i now find that 2 more diamonds are broken and are likely to fall out.
  
  Also on a side note the i went to the other jeweller to get my ring rhodium plated where i was given a cost and a time of a week but as i was hoping to get it sooner he recommended i go to Crown Family Jeweller where again i was met with extremely arrogant staff who were not friendly and quite frankly stuck up.
  
  My advice to anyone would be avoid these people at all costs as clearly these guys use inferior quality diamonds and the workmanship is not up to scratch.
